- local rfbb will also handle rfbb file format

- Para no confundir a los usuarios, Nokia USM ROM ahora se muestra sólo cuando
no hay ningún dispositivo físico * NMWCD conectados
- Bugfixed: XGOLD213 usb parpadea error cuando no MCU spesified
- Renombrado título 'Imagen DL' a 'Download', ya que será eaier de entender
- 'Descarga' mostrará de diálogo de entrada si no hay código de producto spesified
- Rfbb local también se encargará de formato de archivo rfbb
- Dcc local también se encargará de formato de archivo pm
- Bugfixed: SL3 leer muestra PhoneIDs "no apoyó las operaciones"

bugfixed: application crash on load in some os(win7 x86 no sp).

27/06/11:
- Changed manifest of mobileEx.exe, sl3bf.exe from 'asInvoker' to 'requireAdministrator'
- Library and modules will need to update their xml configuration files regularly,
or create if xml configuration is not exists.
- This operation required admin level on vista and win7 core.

How to update:
- Open mobileEx.exe, Click "Synchronize Files" and
Click "Update" when popup dialog showed.

- bugfixed: emulate phone on New Protocol causing application to be hang.
- changed FlashLoader selection from dropdown to checklist
as this will be more user friendly.
- changed SoftTMA to slider as this will be more user friendly.
- improved synchronize files routine, auto retry when download failed.

- added update dialog window when HTI firmware outdated.

12/07/11:
- Bugfixed: procesamiento de archivos con un tamaño de más de 900MB.
- Bugfixed: emular teléfono de Protocolo de Nueva causando aplicación se cuelgue.
- FlashLoader cambiar la selección de lista desplegable para
ya que esto será más fácil de usar.
- Cambiado SoftTMA a slider, ya que será más fácil de usar.
- Mejora de sincronizar los archivos de rutina, remarcado automático cuando la descarga ha fallado.

- Añadida ventana de diálogo de actualización del firmware cuando HTI obsoleta.
