hola q tal muy buenas tardes amigo, t comento q tengo un problema con un HTC exca100, bueno en el equipo dice ser ese modelo, pero en la pila dice exca160 me imagino que ese es el modelo de la pila bueno eso espero, solo se queda en el incio de windows mobile y de ahi no pasa quisiera saber si tu me puedes dar alguna solucion para reiniciarlo y la combinacion de teclas para poder hacerlo, de ante mano t lo agradecera hasta pronto

1- Apague el dispositivo.

2- Pulse y mantenga pulsado la tecla Subir volumen y pulse la tecla de encendido / apagado (rojo) por dos segundos.

3- Cuando vea un mensaje que empieza con "Esta operación eliminará ...", suelta las teclas y pulse la tecla Enviar.
Pulse la tecla Enviar de nuevo para reiniciar el dispositivo.

4-Espere unos minutos para el restablecimiento completo para terminar.

1. Apaga el celular. Si tu HTC MyTouch 3G Slide se ha colgado, saca la batería y vuelve a colocarla

2.Mantén pulsado el botón Bajar volumen

4. Ahora aparecerá un menú que permite hacer Fastbook, recovery, Clear Storage, y Simlock

5.Selecciona Clear Storage pulsando el botón Bajarvolumen

Boton Home + Boton Derecho (arriba de la tecla de colgar) + Barra espaciadora + Encendido.

Con esto el telefono entrara en Cold Boot y restaurara en unos minutos la configuracion de fabrica.

Para esto es indispensable que el telefono este con carga completa o bien conectado a la corriente.

Una vez terminado el proceso, el telefono se reiniciara y le tomara algunos segundos iniciar a la
pantalla de configuracion, cosas como Hora, Fecha, Clave, etc.
