1. Added full function(code calculate/secure region rebuild/full image flash) support for OT-214/OT-819

2. Added code calculate/full image flash support for OT-602. As this model use different firmware version, user should select full image flash function with related golden secure file for secure region rebuild.

3. Added full image flash support for Dual SIM model OT-602D/OT-813D.

4. Added secure region rebuild support for Dual SIM model OT-255D/OT-355D/OT-506D/OT-602D/OT-710D/OT-806D/OT-807D/OT-813D. For OT-506D/OT-602D/OT-710D, as they use different firmware version, user should select full image flash function with related golden secure file for secure region rebuild.
