No quería crear un tema para esto, espero los moderadores me corrijan si estoy haciendo mal, hace tiempo ya que no hay respuesta del servidor de la mx, y si les sucede como a mi que formatearon la pc y quieren reinstalar la herramienta, la única forma de que funcione es conservando el archivo mobileEx.xml de una instalacion anterior en donde estuviera en funcionamiento la herramienta. De no tenerlo siempre nos pedira el famoso sign application first.
Dudo que sirva para otra smart card, pero subo el archivo por si a alguien le es de utilidad. Saludos!!!
