Para que funcione la liberacion es importante no seguir las instrucciones de OT SMART.
Abrir el modulo OT SMART
Seleccionar el modelo y dar click en REMOVE SIMLOCK
a continuacion te pedira conectarlo apagado con volumen abajo, si lo haces de esa forma conectara y al final dara error, se debe conectar apagado presionando ambos botones de volumen y el proceso sera exitoso, aqui dejo el log.
