Encontre esto en la web, no pude probarlo porque ya habia entregado el telefono:

Buenas por aca colegas!!! Aca les dejo mi aporte que despues de tanto luchar con este modelito pude dar con la solucion para que envien sms, consulten saldo, compren paquete de internet y todo perfecto..habia probado la opcion de Gcpro e Hyperterminal para habilitarle el centro de mensajes y no me funiono a mi. Lo que hay que hacer despues de unlock es habilitarle la GSM con este comando
adb shell am start com.android.settings/.RadioInfo y luego seleccionar LTE/UMTS AUTO PRL. Bueno yo lo hice todo perfecto pero me tope con que no habia modo que enviaran sms, realizaba llamadas, recibia llamadas y sms perfecto pero enviaba ni permitia consultar saldo, ni ninguna otra operacion por codigos USSD.
Solucion:
Pasarle full combination en el que hice fue bit 6, luego del combination le pasamos full flash sin el CSC...cuando inicie se ira solo a recovery, le hacemos un hard reset y le damos a reboot, se metera para recovery otra vez..no se asusten jjjjj...solo le damos a reboot y levanta nitido consultando saldo, enviando sms y realizando los codigos USSD perfectamente. Saludos colegas y espero les sirva mi aporte..

Here is my contribution that after so much fighting with this model I was finally able to find the solution to send SMS, check balance, buy internet package and everything is perfect ... I had tried the option of Gcpro and Hyperterminal to enable the message center and it didn't work for me. What you have to do after unlocking is to enable GSM with this command
adb shell am start com.android.settings / .RadioInfo and then select LTE / UMTS AUTO PRL. Solution:
Full combination in which I did it was bit 6, after the combination we pass it full flash without the CSC ... when it starts it will only go to recovery, we do a hard reset and then reboot, it goes into recovery again. .do not panic jjjjj ... we just reboot and enjoy the possibility of checking balance, sending sms and performing USSD codes perfectly.
