Recibiendo el equipo le hice un factory reset al encender es logico que tenga el frp activado busque algunos tutoriales en youtube y bueno en fin eran un poco largos y complicados.
utilizando Nck dongle crack
seleccione MT6580 y solo reset frp y listo aca el log
