solo necesitamos tener octoplus frp conectamos el teléfono bloqueado a la computadora para que nos diga el modelo correcto por que hay distintos abrimos octoplus frp y es cogemos el que nos identifico la computadora para reseteo escogemos factory reset 1 y mantenemos oprimidos el boto de subir y bajar volmen y conectamos el telefono apagado esperamos a que termine si o sale es cogemos factory reset 2 y hacemos mismo proceso es el mismo proceso para quitar cuenta solo que la opcion frp a claro primero el factory reset lo hice con el modelo a 11 por que me equivoque pero lo hizo tambien
