Problemas Unlock J260t1 Opciones

Saludos queridos colegas quisiera que me ayudaran con el contacto de soporte de z3x ya que realice unlock a un telefono j260t1 el cual paso al 100% pero el cliente regresa unos dias despues a decirme que el telefono esta bloqueado por la prisa del cliente volvi a realizar el unlock y gastar creditos para el mismo equipo.
