Ayuda Con Mi Octoplus Box, Soy novato con mi octoplus box..no me libera los telef Opciones

Soy novato con mi octoplus box..he querido liberar dos lg,,,uno era lg ms395 y el otro d415.....le instalo los drivers necesarios y empiezo leyendolos y cuando doy liberar se queda en escribiendo los QCN y se desconectan los telefonos d las caja y no se liberan,,,de otra forma seria asi
