Ayuda! Iphone 4 Error Con Itunes Al Restaurar Opciones

Tengo un problema con mi iPhone 4 no pasa del logo, ya lo conecte a la PC para la recuperación pero justo cuando va a terminar sale un mensaje que dice: "No se puede restaurar el iPhone ocurrió un error desconocido (21)"
Ayuda por favor!!!

Hola, ese error se debe muy posiblemente al archivo hosts.
Prueba siguiente esta ruta en tu explorador de Windows:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc (Puedes copiar y pegar)
En esta carpeta hay un archivo que se llama "hosts" este archivo lo puedes abrir con el bloc de notas. Una vez que lo hayas abierto borra todo el contenido y pega este; y guardalo.

Hola, ese error se debe muy posiblemente al archivo hosts.
Prueba siguiente esta ruta en tu explorador de Windows:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc (Puedes copiar y pegar)
