he checado y no encuentra nada aun aun para resolver ese problema quiero pensar que esta caído el servidor por lo que e estado investigando y octopus si lo "sacaba" solo que consumia 9 creditos o alguien que me corrija si estoy mal

2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'.
3. Type *#9090# and choose 'DM/DUN over HSIC'.
4. Reboot phone.

6. Select Samsung diagnostic port in port settings.
7. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock.
