9790 Problem Refurbish, This USB connection is closed (send) Opciones

Estoy tratando de revivir una 9790, la cual no me acempa el cambio de flash, y enel refurbish me sale este error:

Tengo 2 equipos con este caso, bloqueado y no deja encender la radio, el refurbished los dejo asi, ya he hecho varias cosas pero es problema del chimera con este modelo, que se hace en estos casos???
