si el telefono tiene esta bloqueado o el sistema operativo tiene problemas de funcionamiento pueden aplicar un hard reset antes de liberarlo.

Activar "Configuracion (Settings)" -> "Aplicaciones (Applications)" -> "Desarrollo (Developement)" -> "USB
depuracion (debugging)" option

Conectar cable usb y verificar si la interrace ADB aparece en el administrador de dispositivos.
