Pantalla Blackberry Curve 9380 Opciones

Hola Buenas saludos a todos primero que nada, tengo un problema con mi blackberry que tenia guardado hace tiempo anoche lo encendi me salia el error "APP ERROR 552" lo que lo conecte a la computadora y lo repare pero luego de esto salio el mensaje este que esta mas abajo a lo cual no puedo ni subir ni bajar de ninguna manera ya eh intentado varias "soluciones" de internet pero ninguna funciona alguno que le haya pasado que lo haya solucionado que me puedo ayudar le agradeceria de antemano, muchas gracias!
