You need: Download iOS 4.3.4 firmware from Apple official website.

Download iTunes 10.2 orlater.

Step 1: Open iTunes 10.2 or later to update your device to iOS 4.3.3.

Step 2: Make a backup. Sync all your contacts, messages, music, apps in case of failure.

Step 3: Turn off your device and plug into computer.

Step 4: Run Redsn0w 0.9.6 RC17, browse and select the
firmware 4.3.3, select the Install Cydia option, you can also select other options.

Step 5: Follow the screen to enter DFU mode.

First, hold the Home button for 3 seconds.

Second, hold both the Home button and Power button for 10 seconds;

Then release the Power button, but keep hold the Home key for 15 seconds.

Step 6: Redsn0w will finish it for you.

Step 7: Finally, your device will automatically reboot. After that, you should have a jailbroken ipad 2 running on iOS 4.3.3.

The redsn0w 0.9.6 RC17 will not need any shsh files for untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.3 devices, but the redsn0w 0.9.6 RC17 is not support ipad 2untethered jailbreak.
