Cyclone No Lee Los Equipos!! Ayuda Please Opciones

Buenas,les comento que tengo mi cyclone hace una semana,al principio todo bien.pero desde ayer no puedo conectar ningun equipo,tanto dct4 como bb5.En este momento tengo conectado un nk5800,con el adaptador correspondiente,le doy a check y me da este error

Ya probe instalando la ultima version,con el mismo resultado.Probe con un nokia dct4,el mismo resultado.

Vuelvo a repetir,los equipos en otras box los lee,hace check hace unlock y todo bien.

Alguien sabes si sera la box,o el firmware de la box,o que sera lo que no me deja trabajar esta box?

O es Software, algun problema con la instalacion... yo probaría desinstalar y borrar la carpeta Cyclone Box , OJO hacer bakup de Stored files antes de borrar la carpeta

O es Hardware, alguna mala soldadura en el RJ-48 de la Box.

si venias trabajando bien con esa version de FW (01.46) es dificil que sea eso, pero por las dudas podes probar como dijo Miguelcpm22

tambien tuve ese problema hace un tiempo
era el pc
prueba con la caja en otro pc y dinos como te va!
