S8 G955u No Me Deja Desbloquear... Opciones

Bueno prácticamente como dice el tema, el sistema no me deja desbloquear, no me aparece la opcion de ROOT ni de Desbloquear, aparte hice la lectura de codigos por Creditos y el Tlf tampoco me deja meterle el codigo... que puedo hacer???

Primero saber que compañia es originalmente, despues revisar que no este en lista negra, pues asi como entiendo, parece que tu equipo es libre ya y esta en blacklist o es sprint. primero aclara bien el problema para poderte ayudar.
