Xt1920-19 Solo Enciende En Fastboot Ayuda Opciones

este telefono solo enciende en fastboot, no hace nada con ningun comando mas que getvar all, y eso tira, no he conseguido blankflash para probar y flash con casi todos los flashes que encontre disponibles da error preflash validation, solo me queda 1 para probar.
