Ellos revisan el numero de operacion y si encuentran alguna anormalidad, le devuelven los creditos. Respecto a que a los dos dias el cliente volvio con esos problemas, podrian ser muchas cosas: 1. Golpes 2. Software (Se puede intentar volver a hacer flash) 3. Sin señal puede ser lista negra o problemas de antena 4. etc.
