tiene que conectarlo a una red wifi que puedan apagar
lo conectan a internet le dan siguiente
apagan el wifi y les va a pedir poner una contraseña
colocan una, regresan al principio
lo vuelve a configurar otra vez
y a la hora de que les pida el patrón colocan el que colocaron
activa el modo desarrollador activar el oem y restaurarlo de fabrica
y listo

En caso de no funcionar por estar en andorid 10
Dar flash a version de android 9 K410HM10a_01_0703
y repetir el proceso descrito por el compañero

lo mas probable es q si pero ese equipo es mtk cualquier herramienta q trabaje en brom mode lo hace en cualquier versión

que tal colegas eliminas frp con umt lg k41s k410hm parche 1 nov 2019

2 conectas apagado precionando, volumen mas y menos
3 cuando lo detecte sueltas los botones, esperas y listo sin cuenta

En mi caso al conectar manteniendo presionados ambos botones de volumen e equipo encendia, me funciono conectando solo manteniendo presionado la tecla de bajar volumen. 100% efectivo el proceso.

en la pestaña mtk one click seleccionar reset frp y darle execute.
en mi caso me toco presionar el boton que esta debajo de los botones de volumen.

Tambien sale con NCK MTK en modo brom apagado y presionando el boton que esta debajo de los de volumen, en segundos. Hay que seleccionar "bypass boot security".
