Ayuda Con Modulo Htc Para Liberar Opciones

Cada vez que quiero liberar este htc 530 me envia a modo fastboot el dispositivo y aparece al final la leyenda: "Restarting in fastboot mode
Failed to identify FASTBOOT mode. Timed out." lo mismo hace para liberarlo como para leer la informacion o para el proceso S-Off. Al final entra en fastboot y da ese mismo error.
