Lectura De Codigo Erronea G892a Con Chimera Opciones

Me gustaria saber que respuesta da el equipo de chimera ante este problema. Procedi a realizar la lectura de codigos de un SAmsung S8 active G892A y al probar el codigo leido, es erroneo. Pero lo peor es que repito el proceso y me vuelve a descontar los creditos y arroja el mismo codigo que sigue siendo erroneo. En fin que he perdido 118 creditos y sigue sin desbloquear el cell. Ayuda urgente por favor.

Ante estos inconvenientes, te sugiero contactar al soporte de chimera ya que por lo que veo en tu log de la operacion, chimera te dio los codigos de desbloqueo pero tu dices que estan erroneos.
