Ayuda Con 13c 5g No Avanzo Opciones

Buena sos cuento me llego un xiaomi 13c 5g y por serve le elimine el micloud, el problema es que tiene bloquero frp, y por mas tutoriales que he mirado tengo un firmware que no puedo hacer nada, quiero probar con otro firmware , pero el otro problema que tengo es que el bootloader esta bloqueado, y claro no avanzo, aver si alguien me puede orientar, dispongo de unlocktools y umt box, os paso info:
