Es un archivo ISO lo deves grabar con Power ISO ! y luego queda ejecutable !

Esas imágenes las puedes pegar mediante el hjsplit, sólo cargas el primer archivo es decir el 001, claro que todas deben estar en la misma carpeta y solo basta esperar que reuna todas las partes en una sola, luego sólo lo quemas y OK.
