Colega revise los drivers que estén bien instalados, le recomiendo más utilizar la opción de read codes via server 2021

gracias a la respuesta del compañero arandapit lo pude liberar degradando a la version que el si pudo liberar, volví a intentar y salió en método de upload mode.
