Chicos ya es posible con la nck spd 1.6 luego de reparar hay que aserle unlock para la señal y todo
Full a cobrar. Debajo están los logs

Hermano con nck lo pones en modo diag luego reparas seguido pendes el móvil te va a quedar sin señal lo apagas y vuelves a poner fondo diag seleccionas el procesador 9863A generic I listo mira los log

ME LEVANTO SEÑAL Y SE QUITO BLOQUEO DE RED PERMANENTE.

con la version de nck spreadtrum 1.7
1-entrar en la pestaña flash mode
2-en models seleccionar alcatel 5024A
3-pinchar ej job ,hacer un backup del nvram por si algo sale mal poder restaurar
4-luego seleccionar repair imei ( cundo le den a do job le va a salir la ventana donde poner el imei )
el movil va a reiniciarse y ya todo ok , no hay necesidad de desbloquear de nuevo ..

todo esto se hace en modo diag ( vol + y vol - y conectan cable , a mi me dio error y tube q con el movil completamente encendidi , darle apagar con el conectado al pc y cundo estaba apagando
presione los dos volumen y entro al modo diag sin problema ..

2 selecionas enter diag
3 conectas apagado y te crea el puerto
4 te vas a pestaña diag mode simlock
5 le das remove simlock
y para finalizar power off ,es recomendable hacer un backup de la nv
no te lo deja sin imei queda full
