Hello Dear SamKEY Customer;

HOW TO CHANGE FINGER PRINT
You can't change back to old fingerprint.(If you need to run SamKEY on old pc , change pc name and reboot pc, finger print will change)

DO STEP BY STEP

*******If you use win 10 >>>Control panel>>clock and regional>>region>>Administrative>>>change system locate>> BETA MUST BE UNTICKED ********
If your account activated before (verified mail) go to step 13
1. Open this page ( http://account.samkey.org/ )
2. Select SamKEY TMO
3. insert info (user+pass+old finger+CAPTCHA)
4. you see new page for verify mail
5. insert your mail + insert CAPTCHA , then press send code
6. Samkey sent email to you
7. open email
8. copy verification code
9. back to samkey page
10. insert code to verify
11. insert CAPTCHA
12. press check code
You log out
13. Open this page ( http://account.samkey.org/ )
14. Select SamKEY TMO
15. insert info (user+pass+old finger+CAPTCHA)
16. Go to Dashboard>>>>Manage>>>>Change Finger Print.
17. Insert NEW FINGER PRINT
18. Press Change finger button
You log out
19. Go to your mail, find new mail from SamKEY (New Account)
USE NEW ACCOUNT FOR LOGIN (APP OR WEBSITE)
