Oppo A12 Cuenta Id- Ayuda Opciones

amigos me trajeron un oppo con cuenta patron pero no podia hacer nada con tecla de volumen
asi hice con el programa umt mtk eleji modelo y le di para que formatee todo y listo lo hizo pero
al final me pide cuenta ID alguien me ayuda si se puede mediante test point y con cual lo puedo
quitar
