pude resolver uno como el colega indica aqui , me daba reinicio constante ya que la octoplus no terminaba de cargar el software pero con LG UP se pudo sacar de este reicinio constante
aqui les dejo la pagina donde pueden descargar los programas y te indican como instalarlos de manera correcta el programa de LG UP

no realizaste respaldo del firmware en alguna box para regresarle el firmware que tenia, yo ya intente en 2 herramientas y sigo sin poder liberar, lo bueno que hice respaldo y pues volví a dejarlo todo como estaba

Si funciona pasa el sistema con LgUp lab versión y después liberar con octopus y cobrar bien

en octoplus, con la nueva actualizacion tampoco se requiere de flash. la parche 1 de enero 2021

me lo estuve pensando y confiando a ciegas en el desbloqueo ya que habían varios comentarios sin éxito y otros con problemas de logo y sin actualización del mismo, espero haber ayudado.
