Ayuda Unlock J337t Bit 9 Opciones

hola a todos espero su ayuda hoy me llego un samsung j337t de t mobila para liberarlo. resuta que intente hacerlo via server pero me mustra este error


UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Unlocking using sever:
1. Power on the phone.
2. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone'-'Software information'
to enable 'Developer options',
go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable 'USB debugging'.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
4. Select device in ADB settings.
5. Press 'Unlock TMB via server' button, write your login and password in window if it will appear.
(Login and password will be saved as default after first input and can be changed in settings.)

Compruebe los controladores ADB, el cable USB. No use concentradores USB
Si esto se repite, vuelva a actualizar el teléfono y realice el restablecimiento de fábrica.

Amigos si les da error en Readind data Ramdump from phone le hacen hard reset y prueban nuevamente, el cel dara un error y pondra un cartel, no lo desconecten, esperen y se reparara el error y hara el proceso completo, todo sin desconectar, solo esperen, miren el log que largo:
