Alguien sabe el correo de GCprokey esque tengo mi key y no actualiza y estuve leyendo y dice que tengo que mandar un correo pero no se cual es...

abre skype y busca gcpro_support y cuando aparezca les escribe lo siguiente:

y les copia el LOG de actualizacion de gcpro update con la informacion de su GCProkey asi:

Normally you do not have issue in update..

2 way to solve
1) Contact us via www.gcprokey.com live chat give us full log from update and email you used to register that gcpro.

2) Contact us via skype gcpro_support give us full log from update and email you used to register that gcpro.

There is no other option to solve this. Reseller will not help regarding this. You must contact us(GCPro_Support)

el soporte es por skype
Ami apenas me paso que no me dejaba actualizar y para mas regar es obligatorio
lo que me di cuenta es que quitan los numero de cada tarjeta sim y si tu mandas un log con tu serial de la tarjeta sim mas el correo con el que se registro la gcprokey
hay que esperar hasta 48 horas para que te la agreguen de nuevo a la base de datos de ellos
ya que te contentaron ya se puede actualizar sin ningún problema
les comparto mi caso antes y el después
