Ayuda Con Note 4 N910h Error "no Hay Conexion De Red" Opciones

Buenas, tengo un Galaxy Note 4 (N910H) que no logro hacer levantar señal. El tema es que no aparece como solo "llamadas de emergencia" sino como "no hay conexion de red". Intente cargandole un EFS pero tampoco llegue siquiera al solo llam emerg. Pude escribirle un cert bueno y aunque lo hice y figura el im en *#06# sigue apareciendo "no hay conexion de red" (en *#0011# me marca bien). Lei que degradandolo a 4.4 se podia solucionar pero no logre que inicie en 4.4 a pesar de probar varias roms. Que problema puede tener y que se podra hacer? Si pudieran ayudarme se los agradeceria, desde ya muchas gracias
