W810 Cid50 En Please Wait Opciones

Hola a todos resulta que tengo un w810 en Please Wait, el motivo de este en please wait es que le hicieron una reparacion de serial, a los cid49 es facil solucionarle ese problema solo se restaura el serial y ya, pero estos como funcionan por medio de executor y esta en please wait no me deja entrar al menu he usado el buscador y he encontrado que la solucion seria con testpoint y por logs.... alguien me puede ayudar con la solucion por logs con cruiser que modulo debo usar y que debo marcar ??
