sadly to say, s1 signature server down.
a1/a2 servers are online, but for a2 users MUST check "disable flash mode activation for semc a2" and use modem drivers.

modem drivers can be found in any pcsuite installation for any semc a2 phone.
i will gather modem drivers in one pack asap.

Lamentablemente el servidor de S1 esta caido
Los servidores de A1/A2 estan online, pero para los usuarios de Semc A2 deben de tener activada la opcion "disable flash mode activation for semc a2" en el setting y usar los drivers de modem

Los drivers de modem los puedes encontrar desde los instaladores de PCsuite de telefonos SEMC A2
Trataremos de reunir los drivers de modem lo mas antes posible y hacer un pack

Lastimosamente, el server 02 esta caido para siempre (cerrado)
Todos los usuarios que hayan tenido cuentas en el servidor 02 han sido pasados al server 01
Si tu tenias una cuenta en el servidor 02 y recibes ahora un mensaje "bad username/password", añade esto antes de colocar tu username (tu nombre de usuario) "dup_"
ejemplo: si tu user era "user01" ahora pasara a ser "dup_user01" (logicamente sin las comillas)

- added RESET mode for db200x,db201x,db2020 phones.
after such operation phone will became developer (brown) state.
you can do anything with phone (write gdfs, unlock,etc) while phone
in that state.

you can find all details in FAQ

- as side effect, pda emptyboard fill now enabled.

- added PATCH unlock for S1 phones (new security, old security, etc)
notice, that phones must have NOT TAMPERED security zone.
you can find all details in FAQ

please note, that it is PATCH unlock and after fullflash
phone will be locked again.

same thing applies to possible incorrect operation - just flash phone.


- as side effect, added possibility to flash unsigned firmware in any S1 phone.
that allow users to repair phones with damaged trim area.
that require s1 signature server, hopefully it will be online one day.

q: my db2020 phone had totally damaged gdfs and i do not want to replace flash chip. what to do ?

a:

starting from release v0.915043 testpoint procedure obsolete and replaced with RESET feature.

you need use complex testpoint procedure:

1. it is only and only for professionals. users,advanced users, please "go away".
2. testpoint is +3.3 voltage, connected to specific pin.
we suggesting to use +3.3v battery
(battery ground MUST be connected with phone's GROUND)
3. go to emptyboard fill & repair.
4. select any db2020 model.
5. press "TP STAGE #1". read instructions and execute them.
6. press "TP STAGE #2". read instructions and execute them.
7. phone is BROWN now.
8. staying on "emptyboard fill and repair" write correct gdfs_in_ssw format.
9. if flashing went fine, flash db2020 erom with needed CID.
10. phone now retail and repaired. fullflash phone as usual.

2. select proper model
3. on settings check only "signed mode (using server)"
4.
if phone db200x,db201x select COM/UFS as interface.
if phone is db2020 - you can select COM/UFS/USB as interface.
5. press "recovery".
6. if phone hardware okay (flash chip,ram,etc) - phone will be reset to developer status (brown)
7. now proceed as usual ( tp repair step 6) - write gdfs,erom,whatsoever

q: what is that fuzz about s1 patch unlock ? what is difference from full unlock?

a:
s1 patch unlock feature require release >= v0.915043.
1. patch unlock is NOT permanent, it will be removed if you flash phone and you need to repeat it again
2. s1 patch unlock will NOT fix damaged security zone and REQUIRE valid security zone.
3. to use s1 patch unlock you need credits
4. procedure as follows

- select PROPER model (that is extremly important)
- on settings check BOTH "signed mode (using server)" AND "use alternative security bypass"
- select desired interface (usb preferred for neptune phones)
- press unlock

a:

you had checked "use alternative security bypass" option, that require credits.

Yo siempre lo he dicho que con SETOOL no se aprendan las cosas mecánicamente sino que sepan a fondo que significa cada opición, para que cuando cambien las versiones y el orden de los settings no maten los teléfonos.... la mayoria dicen "1,3,4,5,7..." eso asi al final solo trae confusión , créditos perdidos y teléfonos muertos. Tómense un rato para entender las opciones y así ya aprenderán de verdad a usar esta magnífica caja, sin importar que mañana en una nueva versión el orden cambie poque hayan mas, o menos opciones.

flashing/gdfs/filesystem operations should work flawlessly.
full unlock via signature and "alternative bypass mode" SHOULD work too,
but that things are absolutely not tested, so
MAKE GDFS BACKUP before doing full unlock
and only touch alternative security bypass if you absolutely crazy
in any case, if phone will be killed - i will repair it for sure...

ya que no hay teléfonos en el mercado, no podemos probarlo,
el soporte para db3350 marcado como altamente experimental.

flash / gdfs operaciones de sistema de archivos debería funcionar sin problemas.
desbloqueo completo a través via signature y el "modo de bypass alternativo" debe trabajar también,
pero que las cosas no están absolutamente probado, así que
HACER GDFS de seguridad antes de hacer pleno desbloquear
y sólo alternative security bypass es de absoluta locura
en cualquier caso, si de teléfono se mató - Yo lo reparará con seguridad ...
