Amigos Les dejo como liberar S5 Active G870a, descargamos los archivos que les dejare mas abajo, flasheamos con Odin el archivo G870A Stock. e instalamos el archivo Towelroot.apk que les dejo tambien, este archivo no ocupa internet pero tambien pueden descargarlo desde la pagina oficial ahy si ocupan internet, descargamos de play store SuperSu, abrimos Towelroot y le daremos en make it ra1n nos dira que ya somos root del equipo, abrimos SuperSu desactivamos Knox, y ahora si conectamos a la pc modo depuracion *#0808# Dm Modem Adb, y le damos Reparar seguridad y wipe security, instalaremos el certificado cert_sm-g870a_3353425060444041 bajado desde el soporte de octopus y listo nuestro equipo queda libre.

Doy fe de que es cierto colega...!! la verdad que no me la creia sin root y sin cert pero cale hacerlo asi por que hace unos minutos había rooteado un n900t de t-mobile (note4) y segun un tutorial marcaba que a medias del proceso havia q desconectar el cel del USB y conectarlo a el rj45 de la caja,, en fin llevándose todo esto un proceso minimo de 10min conectado a la pc y mi sorpresa fue que una vez instalados los drivers la box lo libero en un parpadeo en todo lo que marco el log de la operación nunca se lee que se necesitara el root ni mucho menos reparar seguridad para escribir un cert lo libero como si fuera un telefono ordinario de gama baja aqui dejo una captura de pantalla para que vean como corrio el prpceso y saquen sus concluciones la verdad no se que magia esten haciendo los de octopus.

Primero degradar firmware del S5 active G870A deve quedar en android 4.4.2 con ODIN3 V3.09 despues darle Root con Kingo Root despues meterlo a Z3X seleccionar el modelo de la seccion I y seleccionar G870A activar depuracion y segir las instrucciones de UNLOCK que aparecen en el modulo enseguida solo darle UNLOCK directamente y Listo! nota: es indispensable la dregradacion de android ya que la version 5.0 en adelante no se puede rotear y mucho menos liberar. |

yo lo hice con octopus
seleccionando sm-g870a de att 5.1.1 me decia que lo liberaba pero al ponerle el chip me pedia el codigo de desbloqueo de red la solucion que me funciono fue seleccionar sm-g710 seleccionar manual el puerto generado presionar tecla unlock y listo al terminar lo desconectas, lo apagamos, insertamos chip y listo ya tenia señal sin pedirme ningun tipo de codigo |

Con octoplus dale en 15 segundos. Asi me funciono a mi.
Active depuracion usb, despues tecleamos *#0808# y seleccionamos DM-MODEM-ADB y conectamos a la compu, ahi nos generara puerto, y damos unlock y listo a cobrar bien..... |
