Despues de muchas dudas por ser Telcel aqui esta:
adquieren los codigos o creditos y les llegara un user y pass.ese lo ponen en la suite y pueden actualizar previamente el tel con pc companion. modo desarrollador y debug ,leer info y despues la operacion que deseen. el sw checara la smartcard y los creditos y quedara perfecto. Asumo que no tienes activado tu octopus compañero pues mira acabo de revisar la caja y a mi me marca que se requieren 4 creditos y es mas te lo indica antes de hacer la operacion

Se le tiene que hacer reset de fabrica a este modelo?. Por que el ST21a te pide que lo hagas. Tengo esa duda. Saludos!
