1.- Digitar *#546368#*200#
2.- SVC Menu > Port Check Test > Enabled
3.- En método de conexión seleccionamos dispositivo de medios y ponemos que SIEMPRE seleccione ese modo (este paso es muy importante ya que cuando hace el backup de la seguridad, el equipo entra en modo download y posteriormente se reinicia, necesitamos que lo reconozca como lo conectamos la primera vez)

NO es necesario hacer restauración de fábrica.
