If you lost your password or your security code and you can't use your phone anymore, here is the solution:
press vol - and power at the same time, and keep it pressed about 10 sec and the on the screen you will see a triangle with the "!" inside. realese the power key and vol - key and press the home (middle) button to enter in recovery menu
select reset to factory and after that wipe cache.
Tested and worked!!!

hola amigos aqui les dejo un pequeño aporte si ya esta posteado lo pueden cerrar el tema!
para navegar en el menú de ingeniería utilizamos los bones de vol (+) para subir , vol(-) para bajar para seleccionar
botón power o sisque cuenta con home entonces este botón utilizaremos para seleccionar la acción que deseamos hacer

Botón Home + botón de encendido
Vol (+) + Vo l(–) y botón de encendido
Vol (+) + botón de encendido
Vol (–) + botón de encendido

con el botón de navegación (vol (+), (-)) entrar a factory mode, solo hay que seleccionar la opción wipe data / factory reset y confirmar con botón home, menú o encendido o si les sale esto en la pantalla:

Test Report
Clear Flash
Version
Reboot

Solo seleccionen la opción clear flash y borrara cualquier codigo o patron de bloqueo.

Para los dispositivos que cuentan con el botón de llamada.

Botón llamar + Vol (+) botón de encendido
Botón llamar + volumen (-) + botón de encendido
Botón llamar + botón colgar + botón de encendido
