Hard Reset
Remove and reinsert the battery. While the device is off, hold the Sym button (on the keyboard) and the Power button simultaneously. The Android boot screen will appear. Select Wipe data/factory reset by using the volume buttons. To select, use the Return key(on the keyboard). Scroll down to Yes - delete all user data and press Power key to confirm When Data wipe complete is displayed, select reboot system now and press Power key to confirm to reboot your handset

Falto mensionar que el telefono muestra el android y que debes presionar la casita de home para que te despliegue el menu
