simplemente necesitamos abrir UnlockTool
seleccionas modulo Spreadtrum
en Brand seleccionas: SPRD_GENERIC
en model seleccionas: SC9863A_64_Bypass
Click en: ERASE FRP
conectan con el movil apagado y Vol - y dejan que termine el proceso
