¿Ya te diste cuenta que el celular tiene el boot modificado? Para las nuevas seguridades es requerido que no se modifique el sistema o que se haga "root". ¿Ya intentaste con otras herramientas, Octopus, Chimera, Magma Tool? Desde mi punto de vista va ser difícil que logres hacer unlock.
