Hola Amigos del clan estoy en la misma situacion que daer8807 instale la ultima version de java, reinicie el ordenador y nada, no puedo acttualizar la smart card, alguna sugerencia por favor

1. All users who have card locked in update please unbanned your card with latest update59 at support.

2. All users who have "Fail to restore old card details contact support DO NOT TRY AGAIN..."
Contact me on skype for fix.

3. All who have "This CARD CAN NOT be updated,DO NOT TRY MORE.." please buy new card at 10usd from GPGIndustries
if your card is less then 6 month old you can contact GPG sales with your sn they will make price 0 for you.

4. Any other issue please use latest update59new from support and post log.

Basicamente lo que dice es lo siguiente.

1. Todo los usuarios que tienes la Smart Card bloqueada, utilicen la ultima update del soporte para desbloquearla.

2. Todos aquellos que tienen este error "Fail to restore old card details contact support DO NOT TRY AGAIN..." Contactar con @stanner_austin via Skype para desbloquearla.

3. Este error "This CARD CAN NOT be updated,DO NOT TRY MORE..", compren una nueva smart card desde GPG Industries x solo 10 usd. Si su Smart Card tiene menos de 6 meses, contacta con los vendedores GPG y les saldra totalmente gratis, solo deven pagar el envio.

tu tarjeta esta bloquiada, dale en leer informacion de tarjeta tiene que decirte algo

Descarga el nuevo update (update59new) para desbloquear tu smart card.

En mi caso se habia quedado igual sin SN contacte con GCpro_Support via Skype y me pudo solucionar el problema a traves de team viewer con un poco de paciencia, es muy importante usar la pc donde dio el error de update para tener asi los logs correctos de Gcpro y lo otro asegurence de tener java instalado pueden hacerlo corriendo cmd y ponen ¨java version¨ sin comillas, saludos.

lo contacte pero solo me dijo que cambiara la fecha de mi pc, o que comprara una nueva card por 10 usd podrias ser mas especifico sobre como te soluciono lo del SN ? el hizo todo el proceso por team viewer ?

Si basicamente el copio para mi pc un archivo update nuevo, desde su pc, luego copio el numero de serie de mi dongle desde uno de los logs del update y luego copio un rar hecho por el para la carpeta de gcpro en mi maquina, dentro habia un ejecutable, lo corrio y con eso se arreglo el numero de serie de mi card luego la actualizo con el nuevo update que me habia copiado y taran todo ok, los archivos que uso para reparar el sn de mi card los borro por supuesto. todo esto desde team viewer, saludos.

bueno para el que le pueda servir esta info y no puedan usar la version 59 pero quieren usar su dongle solo es cambiar la fecha a esta 03-12-17 para poder usar la version 58 mientras replazan su smartcar a los que les sale error Card error fail to start security session....6982 ojala les pueda ayudar esta opcion me la dio el mismo soporte

me dijo lo mismo el del soporte, cambie la fecha pero siguio tirando error

I need the evidence that proof that my card was cloned to believe that, but instead i was blocked in skype, no body pays atention to my claim in gpg industries. I feel really riped off.
if i had the knowledge to clone cards why would i buy tools i need?
they treat me as a felon, without any evidence of what they acuseme.

tengo mas de dos semanas tratando de comunicarme con gpgindustries, y no me responde, les sugiero que no compren de gpg industries pues no ofrecen ningun soporte en otros foros hay muchas personas con el mismo problema y soporte no resuelve con ellos. y gpg se hace los sordos.
