La forma correcta de realizarlo a estos telefonos q son muy nuevos, y se estan vendiendo como pan caliente, es:

vol+ y la tecla de power....

y sale el menu de booot y ahi seleccionar wipe y reboot.

y listo.

Solo agrego que a mi en uno de telcel no me salia el menu de boot, al presionar vol+ y la tecla de power solo un android con signo de admiracion (!), lo que hice despues de que apareciera esa figura fue presionar la tecla home (la de la casita) y solo asi me aparecio el menu para hacer el hard reset...para desplazarse en las opciones es con las teclas de volumen y para seleccionar la opcion wipe data... es con el boton menu (el de las 3 rayitas).

Correcto confirmo que es con home y seleccionas con menú, 5 reseteados con este método. Gracias compañeros.
