Problema Al Instalar Z3x Ayuda! Opciones

les cuento que al terminar de instalar mi box z3x me pidio actualizar a una version mas nueva la card acepte y deje que actualizara pero el internet estaba muy lento y tardo mas de 2 horas y justo al 85% me mando un mensaje de time out ahora no me deja actualizar ni nada no es problema de controladores por que en admin de dispositivos me manda todo correcto ya la activaron el dia de ayer y me aparecia mi numero de card... el error que me manda es que mi card tiene la version 0.0 y que necesito actualizar a 2.2. pero no me acepta la actualizacion ..alguien tiene la solucion?...gracias y saludos

just encounter today this same problem. hang with udpating card and stucked then end up with CARD NOT CONNECTED and CANT REPAIR DEAD CARD.

HERE IS THE SOLUTION

1-remove all smart card and egate drivers first (go to device manager)
2- download and install this then restart pc. GEMALTO EGATE DRIVER (C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Downloads\Compressed\e-gate_PC_SC_drivers__ZIP_file__2000_XP_2003.zip)
3-download and install this (select repair or re-install if already exist). TESTED SMART CARD DRIVER (http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/SmartCard2000_Driver_setup_English.exe)
4-after restart wait for smart card driver installation finish itself even z3x is not yet connected.
5-connect z3x box now (then install drivers if needed)
6-smart card should be automatically detected
7-open z3x shell
8-your card is not like this anymore :

Card not connected

Use wizard for card recovery
9-your card must now read as no activation and need firmware update
10-wizard will automatically detect solution for your card (update firmware & activate)
11-select next next until finish just follow instruction on screen until done

THAT'S IT!!!
